Korean Research Analyst

Job Description:

• Fulfill the research and analytical skills as required/requested by the client
  

• Provide accurate translation and analysis on Korean sources.
  

• Translate clients documentary materials
  

• Conduct a quality check on researched data and information
  

• Prepare research reports as required
  

• Entity curation based on the organization's standard and approved processes. This includes, but is not limited to:
  

  • Synonymization
    

  • Reference clean-up
    

  • Ontology and social media linking
    

  • Disambiguation
    

  • Any ad hoc tasks related to entity curation
    

Skills and Qualifications

• A bachelors degree is required.
  

• Relevant work experience in data and research analysis and report generation of at least 1 year.
  

• Must be able to read and write in Korean.
  

• Excellent Korean communication and comprehension skills
  

• Ability to read and understand a piece of information and determine its relevance.
  

• Must be analytical, organized, and results-oriented.
  

• Possesses keen attention to details
  

• Highly skilled in analyzing and manipulating spreadsheet data (e.g. Google sheets)
  

• Ability to work independently to conform to tight deadlines and changing processes.
  

• Well motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve objectives.
