Position: Communications Trainer (Cebu City) | Hybrid
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days on site in Cebu City, 2 days WFH)
Start Date: ASAP

Shift Schedule: 12 PM - 9 PM, with fixed weekends off
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year of experience as a Trainer in any field
- Open to process trainers, even from non-BPO industries
- Excellent English communication skills
- Exposure to American culture is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Needs Assessment: Assess the current communication skills of individuals or teams to identify areas needing improvement.
- Curriculum Development: Create and develop training materials, workshops, lesson plans, and resources tailored to specific communication needs.
- Training Delivery: Conduct workshops, classes, and seminars to teach effective communication techniques, including public speaking, interpersonal skills, professional development, and interview skills.
- Feedback and Coaching: Offer constructive feedback and coaching during sessions to enhance trainees verbal, written, listening, and body language skills.
