Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is fluent in both Mandarin and English, preferably in both spoken and written forms. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Mandarin-speaking customers. Prior experience in customer service is preferred, although individuals from other industries will also be considered.

Requirements:

High school graduate or Senior High School graduate.

Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Previous experience as a CSR is preferred but not mandatory.

Willingness to work fixed night shifts starting between 10 am and 1 am.

Available to start immediately.

Non-native and native Mandarin speakers are welcome to apply.
