Requirements:
- Atleast 1 year of related technical support and/or help desk experience
- Ticketing system experience (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
- Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Highschool diploma is required or equivalent with Bachelor's degree is preferred
