Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in facilities management & administration
  • Knowledge of Philippine building codes, occupational safety, and local regulatory compliance.

Preferred:

  • Certification in Facilities Management is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ISO 22001, ISO 27001 and HITRUST standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the office facility, including maintenance, cleanliness, office repairs, and infrastructure management.
  • Manage facility-related vendors (e.g., cleaning, security, maintenance) and ensure compliance with contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate facility-related projects, such as office refurbishments, relocations, space planning, and equipment installations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Ensure the office complies with local safety, health, and environmental regulations, conducting regular safety audits and ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Manage office space planning, including seat allocations, floor layout optimization, and arranging for new office furniture or equipment as required.
  • Ensure proper inventory management of office supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary and keeping track of stock levels.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for employees and executives, as needed, and assist in managing company-wide events, such as training sessions, meetings, or conferences.
