• CPA (Preference)
• Preparation of Journal Entries
• Balance Sheet
• General Ledger Management
• Account Reconciliation
• Financial Reporting
• Preparation of Invoices
• Supports Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Close
• Financial Analysis
• Inventory Reporting
• Good Communication Skills
• Good with Data Manipulation (Large set of files)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor inventory staff: This includes providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure a high-performing team.
• Oversee daily operations: This involves managing the flow of inventory, ensuring accurate data entry, and resolving any discrepancies.
• Delegate tasks and manage schedules: This ensures efficient workflow and optimal resource allocation within the inventory team.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement: This involves identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
