**About the Job: HR Onboarding Manager (Taguig) | Onsite**
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead and oversee the onboarding team, ensuring accurate reports and analytics.
- Manage contract renewals with recruitment partners.
- Ensure risk and compliance management for pre-employment documentation and medical exams in accordance with company standards, government regulations, and client requirements.
- Facilitate internal and external audit processes related to onboarding.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Over 10 years of comprehensive BPO recruitment experience.
- At least 4 years of experience specifically in BPO recruitment onboarding, along with over 5 years in leadership roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in recruitment analytics, reporting, and risk & compliance management.
- Willing to work onsite full-time at our BGC, Taguig office.
- Flexible to work during graveyard shifts.
- Available to work on weekends and holidays as needed by the business.
