Process Excellence Manager - Retail/Healthcare (Fully WFH, nightshift)

**Position: Process Excellence Manager - Retail/Healthcare (Work From Home) | Night Shift**

**Location:** Fully Remote

**Schedule:** Night Shift (9 PM - 6 AM Manila Time)

**Job Overview:**

1. Take ownership of projects by pinpointing and evaluating initial business requirements, performing cost-benefit analyses, identifying root causes and potential solutions, managing the implementation process, tracking progress, and reporting on outcomes, including ROI documentation.

2. Support Operations' transformation initiatives through mentorship by assisting in identifying and analyzing business needs, validating cost-benefit analyses, confirming causal factors and solutions, overseeing their execution, and ensuring progress is monitored and reported in the TAP Projects Tracker.

3. Serve as the primary contact and subject matter expert for process excellence activities by conducting statistical analyses to detect trends, assess process capability, variance, and relationships, setting targets using the COPC LSS methodology, and mapping and recommending process improvements.

4. Lead or mentor projects through all nine phases, ensuring completion with sponsor checkpoints and thorough documentation.

5. Contribute to the deployment of innovation initiatives by onboarding new moderators, conducting refresher sessions, guiding ideas through different development stages, and leading or mentoring related projects.

6. May be assigned as a dedicated SME and resource for an EVP Cluster, focusing on transformation tools and methodologies.

**Qualifications & Skills:**

- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, operations management, IT, or a related discipline.

- Experience in process improvement and transformation initiatives.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification (preferred).

- Familiarity with Agile practices and digital tools.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
