Lead QA Engineer (WFH/Remote)

Work setup: Full-time WFH (must be based in the Philippines)

Work Schedule: 5 PM - 1 AM

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 5 years of working experience in QA procedures, programming languages, and test management tools.
• Min. 4 years leadership experience
• Must have experience with Cloud Technologies: Azure (and AWS), or GCP
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH: SQL/NoSQL databases, Java, C#, Python
• Strong experience in test automation tools (e.g., Postman, Selenium).
• Has working experience in API Testing.
• Good presentation skills and report writing skills
• Tech Stack: Automation Testing, Automation Framework development, Exposure to Selenium (C# and Java), Playwright, Cypress, Database Testing, and API Testing

Preferred Skills/Experience/Certifications:

• Relevant certifications in Azure, Microsoft, Agile, etc.
• Experience in SQL/NoSQL databases

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using testing tools
• Create test strategies and test documents, and processes
• Report and discuss the issue with the development team
• Perform both manual and automation testing and create test scripts for the projects
• Provide accurate record results, test cases, and share feedback with the project team
• Ensure the finished product complies with the project objectives
