Work Experience:

  • 4 to 6 years of experience as a Team Lead in any voice-based Lines of Business (LOBs), preferably within the retail sector

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management: Handle recruitment, training, performance appraisals, scheduling, and resolve employee concerns.
  • Customer Relations: Engage with customers, address complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Operational Support: Assist in inventory management, uphold store standards, ensure safety protocols, and contribute to overall operational efficiency.
  • Communication & Coordination: Serve as a link between management and staff by sharing information, implementing procedures, and facilitating effective communication.
