Educational Requirement: 2nd year completed / College Grad

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in team lead experience in the sales LOB
  • Identifiers for sales: - quota based KPIs -understanding on closing techniques, handling objections, and adherance to sales scripts

Responsibilities:

  • Performance Monitoring and Development: Regularly assess individual and team sales performance, identify strengths and weaknesses, and create personalized action plans for improvement.
  • Training and Coaching: Design and implement training programs, conduct individual and group coaching sessions, and provide feedback on sales techniques and strategies.
  • Skill Enhancement: Help sales representatives develop their skills in areas like prospecting, objection handling, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Strategy and Goal Setting: Collaborate with sales teams to set clear and realistic performance goals and develop action plans to achieve them.
