Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure and client transition projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (IT Ops, ISG, Risk, and Business) and external clients to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, dashboards, risk logs, and handover reports.
  • Track project milestones, manage dependencies, and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support site IT managers in executing internal IT initiatives such as server/network refreshes, telephony upgrades, and cloud transformation.
  • Ensure compliance with information security policies and adhere to risk guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components (networks, servers, security, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Visio, and internet-based tools.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform well under pressure.
  • PMP or ITIL certification is a plus.
