Position: Account/Process Trainer (Taguig) | Onsite
Responsibilities:

  1. Training Needs Analysis:
  • Accurately identify training requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support on the floor to reinforce learning and enhance performance.
  1. Curriculum and Course Design:
  • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of course design processes from start to finish.
  1. Content Development:
  • Show thorough knowledge of content creation and apply appropriate methodologies.
  1. Course Delivery:
  • Use effective training techniques and methods to facilitate learning.
  1. Research Methodology:
  • Possess basic understanding of research principles to conduct ethical and effective research with guidance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum of 4 years of overall experience in the BPO industry, with at least 2 years as a trainer within BPO or shared services
  • Preferably have a background or knowledge in tech support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to work in rotating shifts at BGC, Taguig
  • Must be willing to work onsite
