CCOD/RTA/MIS Analyst

Job description

• Responsible for report generation and reporting requirements.
• The MIS role needs the ability to research and resolve complicated issues in a fast paced environment.
• To support in the development of reports and tools to reconcile data and conduct audits
• Advance knowledge of MS Excel/Power BI
• 2-4 years experience in a reporting role
• Extracting data from internal and external data source
• Working on daily monthly reports
• Publishing the report to internal management team and also external client
• Maintaining of historical data as defined in the process

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Good working knowledge of computer i.e., MS-Office
• Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills.
• Good Interpersonal & people management skills with good problem solving approach.
• Expert knowledge of service procedures
• Good analytical skills for MIS, number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS:

• Completed at least 2 years in college
• Experience in similar role may be required in specific programs with varying years of experience
