Educational Requirements: Completed second year of college or a college degree

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 4 years of experience as a QA Manager within a travel or telecommunications voice account
  • Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.
  • Experience in direct client management
  • No prior experience required in retail or healthcare lines of business
