Shift Schedule & Rest Days: 24/7 coverage
Educational Requirements: Completed second year of college or a college degree
Work Experience:
- 3 to 4 years of experience as a QA Manager within a travel or telecommunications voice account
- Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.
- Experience in direct client management
- No prior experience required in retail or healthcare lines of business
