Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive customer service, including post-sale technical and non-technical support for various customer segments, such as business clients and end consumers.
  • Remote Customer Support: Assist customers via phone, online chat, or messaging, handling high volumes of simple inquiries and resolving issues, typically in an office setting.
  • Distribution Center Customer Support: Offer assistance at distribution centers, product return/repair facilities, or walk-in service points, acting as a liaison between customers, production, and logistics teams for specific orders.
  • Offer both technical and non-technical support in walk-in environments.
  • Note: Compensation does not depend on sales targets; rather, incumbents at this level possess advanced knowledge, participate in or lead the development of new solutions or projects, and share best practices with colleagues.
  • Lead and coordinate daily operations, contributing to the development of policies, processes, and standards within a tactical and operational scope.
  • Manage a team comprising Specialists and Support staff across the employee lifecycle, providing guidance and oversight, including supervising lower-level specialists and acting as a single point of contact for complex issues.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Valid passport (willing to undergo a two-week immersion in Greece)
