Educational Qualification: Completed second year of college or a college graduate
Work Experience:
- 3 to 4 years of experience as a QA Manager, preferably in travel or telco voice accounts
- Familiar with quality methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.
- Experience in direct client management
- Limited or no experience required in retail or healthcare lines of business
