Job Title : PERL-PYTHON DEVELOPER

Job Location : Ortigas, Pasig, Manila, Philippines

Job Summary:

The candidate will be part of the Operation System and Support (OSS) Customer Engineering team wherein the task is to develop/enhance/maintain tools that will be used by the Network Operation team from a Global Tier-1 ISP where Experience is incomparable.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop / Support Customer Engineering in house tools (configuration and troubleshooting tools, iPerf servers etc.).

• Maintaining and reviewing CE team internal policies and procedure to ensure it will adapt with our dynamic environment.

• Maintaining and Managing CE Wiki and Documentation.

• Responsible to maintenance CE network up and healthy to ensure our provisioning team will use any resources we have at any time without any issues.

• Training provisioning Team for any new tool will be added to facilitate the provisioning process or Faults troubleshooting.

• Performing QA for MPLS , GIA and TAC .

• Responsible to handle any tasks will be assigned by engineering team.

The successful candidate must have / be:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

• At least 2-5years work experience as a Perl Developer coupled with Cisco/Juniper or any platform integrations

• Familiarity with ExaBGP (BGP stack in Python), Paramiko (SSH stack in Python) and Napalm (Automation Framework) is a plus.

• Familiar with front-end technologies (like JavaScript and HTML5)

• Basic Networking Technology skills

• Familiar in Linux Environment is a must

• Preferably experience in service provider company and knowledge in IP Networking is added advantage

• Good problem-solving skills
