GoLang Software Engineer (Hybrid)

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance with automation process design.
• Work with cross-functional resources to define and deliver business-impacting projects.
• Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.
• Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
• Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.

Requirements:

• 2 or more years of active development in GoLang
• 5+ years experience in any of the programming languages like C/C++/C#, Python, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net, Rust, etc.
• Experience developing and consuming APIs.
• Experience with Databases, particularly PostgreSQL
• Understanding of dynamically-defined workflow-based logic
• Experience with asynchronous system design and queues such as NSQ
• Open-source industry certifications are a plus
• Must be amenable to working in flexible schedule (night shift)
• Amenable to work on a hybrid setup (2-4x RTO/month)
