Project Manager

Education:

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. (Bachelors Degree is a mandatory requirement)

Experience:

• At least 3 years of work experience in project management.
• Minimum 3 years work experience in IT Enterprise Projects or service provider countries is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years work experience in pre-sales or providing IT Solution to enterprise users/customers is a plus.
• Experience in IT equipment procurement and vendor management is a plus.
• Handled IT Infrastructure related projects.
• Preferably from IT System Integrator Companies.
• PMP certificate holder preferred but not required.

Skills:

• Project Planning and Project Management.
• Fluent in both verbal and written English. Mandarin or Hokkien is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Confident in managing external vendors.
• Pro-active and can work independently.
• Team player and flexible.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the projects from initiation to closure.
• Accountable for project results along with the Project Sponsor.
• Work closely with IT Team to complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timeline.
• Estimate resource/time for each task.
• Project Scheduling.
• Competent to manage multiple projects with demanding timelines.
• Clearly communicate the expectations to team members and stakeholders.
• Resolve issues and problems throughout project life cycles.
• Ensure the changes to project scopes are approved and documented.
• Track and control the progress of projects and report the status to project sponsor.
• Lead and motivate the project teams on a proactive basis.
• Develop tools, repository, and processes to ensure smooth and efficient project management.
• Logistics processes and arrangement.
• Key Account Management to keep good relationship with key account users.
