Job Description: Customer Service Representative - Bacolod
TASQ Staffing Solutions is currently seeking English-speaking individuals to join their team as customer service representatives at their Bacolod location.

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Be at least 18 years old
Have a high school diploma or have completed senior high school
Preferably have some college experience
Prior call center experience is not mandatory, but applicants who have completed Alternative Learning System (ALS) should have at least 6 months of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) experience
Candidates must be willing to work on-site during the graveyard shift and on a rotating schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
As a customer service representative, your main responsibility will be to assist customers by addressing their needs and concerns and providing appropriate solutions. This will involve following company and client policies and processes, understanding customer requirements, clarifying information, and delivering accurate solutions. Building a good relationship with customers and going the extra mile to engage them will be crucial. Proper documentation and maintaining productivity levels will also be part of your duties. There may be opportunities for sales activities, and meeting specific targets will be expected. Please note that this is a full-time position.
