Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented native Mexican Spanish/Spanish customer care specialist to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This role requires exceptional communication skills to provide top-notch service to our Spanish-speaking clients. You will be a vital link between our company and our valued customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English.

Maintain a high standard of customer service by taking ownership of customer queries and following up effectively.

Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Accurately document and manage customer interactions and transactions in our system.

Provide product and service information to customers and escalate complex issues to higher management when necessary.

Assist in training and mentoring new team members to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the company's customer care protocols.

Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Has BPO Experience (Philippines or outside of the country)

Native Speakers (Mexican Spanish/Spanish)

Fluent in both Mexican Spanish/Spanish and English (oral and written)

Currently residing within Metro Manila

Amenable to work on shifting schedules

With valid passport, visa, and apostilled diploma or training certificate (with English translation)

Updated resume with the list of work experience with supporting documents or training certificates issued in the Philippines

Must have own internet provider with a minimum speed of 50/50 mbps (download and upload)
