About the job Customer Service Representative
We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team!
If you have a passion for helping customers, strong communication skills, and at least 6 Months - 1 year of BPO experience, we want to meet you.
As a CSR, you will handle inbound or outbound customer interactions, assist with inquiries, provide product or service information, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Qualifications:
At least 1 year of BPO experience (voice or non-voice).
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Must be willing to work on-site at [Maa or Mabini SIte].
High school graduate, senior high school graduate, or college level/graduate.
