**Qualifications:**
- Strong background in telecommunications accounts and BPO sales.
- Ability to guide sales agents and teams in enhancing their sales performance and customer satisfaction through training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and deliver effective training programs and materials related to company products, business practices, and contact center operations.
- Conduct regular training sessions and coaching that emphasize sales techniques, customer communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Provide individual and group coaching to enhance sales performance, communication abilities, and customer service skills.
- Analyze sales data to pinpoint areas where sales processes and strategies can be improved.
