As the Senior HR Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of the HR function for the company. This includes managing all aspects of people, processes, strategy, and HR service delivery, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and supporting the growth and development of the organizations workforce.
- Overseeing the full HR lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, employee development, and off-boarding.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals and business needs.
- Managing employee relations and providing guidance on HR policies, conflict resolution, and workplace culture.
- Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Leading talent management initiatives, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Coaching and mentoring managers and leaders to drive employee engagement and high performance.
- Analyzing HR metrics and providing insights to drive improvements in HR processes and workforce effectiveness.
- Managing compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Partnering with leadership to support organizational change, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Proven experience (typically 5-7 years) in HR management, including at least 2-3 years in a leadership or senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.
- Experience with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, payroll systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to lead and manage HR teams and collaborate cross-functionally with leadership.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.
- Project management experience and the ability to lead HR initiatives from concept to execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar).
- Experience with global HR practices and managing HR functions across multiple regions or countries.
- Expertise in organizational development, talent management, and workforce planning.
- Strong background in change management and leading organizational transformation initiatives.
- Experience with HR analytics and utilizing data to drive HR strategies and decision-making.
- Leadership development experience, particularly in coaching and mentoring senior leaders.
- Familiarity with labor unions and collective bargaining processes (if applicable).
- Experience in compensation and benefits strategy and analysis.
- Fluency in multiple languages (especially in global or diverse organizations).
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build relationships with industry peers, vendors, and stakeholders.
