Job Description: Team Lead (BPO - Financial Account)

TASQ Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Team Lead for a financial account in a BPO setting. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of inbound call-taking agents to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service and achieve performance targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or at least completed 1 year in College (no back subjects)
• Total of 3 years of Team Lead experience in a BPO setting
• Non-negotiable: 1+ years of Team Lead experience handling Financial account(s) and inbound call-taking agents
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong communication skills, including active listening
• Ability to multi-task and drive multiple projects
• Amenable to work in shifting schedules
• Amenable to work 100% ONSITE (BGC, TAGUIG)
• Able to start ASAP
