RDS Analyst
About the job RDS Analyst
Role: Service Desk (RDS Analyst)
- Must be bachelor's graduate of any technical course(prefer IT courses)
- IT Service Desk experience who provide L1 & L1.5 support and has at least 2-5yrs Remote Desktop Support experience
- Excellent troubleshooting skills (O365/VPN/Skype/Printer/Active Directory/MS Office etc)
- Understanding of Windows 7 & 10 operating system
- Assisting with configuring/troubleshooting Software and Hardware
- Experience working with ServiceNow to log, track, and close tickets
- Experience in resolving IT issues via phone/email/chat
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Amenable to work on-site and can start ASAP
