Japanese Solution Planning Manager

Qualifications:

• Must be a Bachelor's degree holder
• Proficient in Japanese (at least N3) and English, both verbal and written
• At least 7 years of Solution planning in any tech capability (e.g. Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, JAVA, etc.)
  • Expertise with Software Development, Planning, Costing
• With at least 5 years of proven leadership skills in a managerial capacity
  • Experience in providing technical leadership and guidance to the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams.
• Strong understanding of technology, function, or platform.
• Experience in developing differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform.
• Amenable to work on shifting schedules 24/5

Responsibilities:

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for translating client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client's value proposition and business case.

• Lead the development of differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform.
• Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.
• Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of technology, function, or platform.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams. 
• Ensure that the solution is technically sound, deliverable, and meets the client's requirements.
