Position: Sales and Marketing Manager (Bar & Lounge) | Makati

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic sales and marketing manager to lead promotional efforts and drive revenue for a high-end bar and lounge in Makati. The role focuses on creating a unique customer experience centered around retro music and an upscale atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute marketing strategies to build brand awareness and attract clientele.
  • Identify target demographics and tailor outreach efforts accordingly.
  • Produce marketing materials and campaigns in line with the brand identity.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet financial goals.
  • Seek out and engage new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Oversee digital channels, including the website, social media, and email marketing.
  • Create engaging content that highlights the venue's retro music theme.
  • Use digital tools and analytics to monitor and optimize marketing performance.
  • Plan and manage events and promotional activities to boost customer engagement and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless event execution.
  • Assess event outcomes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in marketing and sales, ideally in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing platforms and social media.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for delivering memorable customer experiences.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Familiarity with the Filipino consumer market is a plus.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant marketing and sales experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Compensation includes a base salary plus a share of net sales from events.
