Educational Requirement: Completed 2nd year college or College Graduate

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a Team Lead in a sales line of business (required)
  • Experience in managing KPIs related to sales quotas for various products
  • Strong skills in handling objections

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead, motivate, and coach travel sales agents to achieve and surpass sales targets. Responsible for hiring, training, and developing team members.
  • Sales Performance & Strategy: Track and analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and formulate strategies to boost sales and profitability. This includes setting sales plans, monitoring trends, and preparing reports.
  • Customer Service & Operations: Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service, provides expert travel advice, and offers customized solutions. Manage and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with other departments such as operations and product development to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain strong relationships and clear communication with clients and vendors.
