Non-Negotiable Requirements:

  • Experience supporting international travel accounts
  • At least 4 years of Training Supervisor experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs and curricula
  • Assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps
  • Develop training materials, manuals, and e-learning content
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees
  • Monitor and report on training metrics and ROI
