We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to lead our training initiatives and drive employee development programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, with proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs that enhance organizational performance and employee growth.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Experience supporting international travel accounts
- At least 4 years of Training Supervisor experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs and curricula
- Assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps
- Develop training materials, manuals, and e-learning content
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees
- Monitor and report on training metrics and ROI
