Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) - Consultant

Qualifications:

• Experience across core SFMC modules (Email, Journey, Automation, Content, Mobile).
  
• Proficient in AMPscript, SQL, and HTML/CSS.
  
• Understanding of Contact Builder, Data Extensions, and multi‑channel messaging.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage multi‑step and event‑based journeys in Journey Builder.
  
• Configure SFMC studios to support campaigns, automations, and triggered messaging.
• Manage SFMC data models and Contact Builder.
• Support reporting via SFMC Analytics and Datorama.
• Create documentation, test scripts, and runbooks.
