Roles & responsibilities

Workstream Leadership & Governance

  • Lead marketing transformation workstreams including scoping, planning, stakeholder governance, and delivery management.
  • Drive synthesis of insights, articulate solution options, and shape recommendations for executive stakeholders.
  • Lead capability assessments, maturity modeling, and roadmap development for marketing organizations.

Brand & Marketing Strategy Leadership

  • Guide development of brand architectures, positioning, value proposition frameworks, and strategic campaigns.
  • Oversee competitive assessments, category analysis, brand health measurement, and scenario planning.

Marketing Operations & Operating Model Design

  • Design modern marketing operating models — roles, workflows, governance, and cross-functional engagement.
  • Lead development of agency management models, in-house/outsourcing structures, and marketing productivity improvements.
  • Oversee workflow orchestration, capacity modelling, and operational dashboarding.

Performance & Measurement Excellence

  • Design measurement frameworks, attribution models, MMM/MTA considerations, and KPI trees.
  • Build architectures for campaign, funnel, and channel performance measurement.
  • Oversee marketing analytics initiatives across segmentation, modeling, and dashboard requirements.

MarTech Strategy & Technology-Enabled Marketing

  • Lead MarTech ecosystem assessment, capability mapping, and architecture recommendations (CRM, CDP, MAP, DAM, CMS).
  • Oversee Customer Data Architecture and Marketing Automation alignment.
  • Drive implementation readiness, functional design review, and BAU transition support.

Client Leadership & Team Enablement

  • Facilitate client workshops, cross-functional steering sessions, and executive presentations.
  • Mentor Associates and Consultants, ensuring quality of deliverables and methodological rigor.
  • Contribute to proposal development, accelerators, and marketing transformation assets.


Required Skills & Expertise

Marketing Functional & Strategic Expertise

  • Deep understanding of brand strategy, marketing planning, segmentation, proposition design, and content strategy.
  • Strong expertise in marketing operations, campaign orchestration, performance measurement, and budget governance.

Consulting & Leadership Skills

  • Ability to structure complex marketing problems into clear workstreams and actionable insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication with senior leaders.
  • High-quality executive storytelling, analytical synthesis, and structured documentation.

Technology & Data Acumen

  • Working knowledge of MarTech stack components, including CRM, CDP, Marketing Automation, DAM/CMS, SEO tools.
  • Understanding of data flows, customer data models, privacy considerations, and activation pathways.


Qualification

  • B.E./B.Tech/MBA
  • 7 – 10 years in marketing transformation, MarTech consulting, brand or performance marketing, or digital marketing.
