Job Description:

• Manages day-to-day warehouse FG operations (receipt, storage, dispatch)
• Implements warehouse procedures, performance measures, and reporting
• Ensures accurate and cost-efficient distribution operations
• Leads customer service excellence for distribution
• Supervises receiving, handling, and storage per company standards
• Optimizes processes for efficient operations
• Ensures strict inventory control and FIFO/FEFO
• Handles returns, rejects, damaged and expired products
• Manages logistics operations and shipment planning
• Oversees 3PL accreditation, assessment, and rate negotiations
• Handles personnel management, acquisitions, appraisals, and timekeeping

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four-year course (Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Accounting preferred)
• 23 years experience in Warehouse Management & Inventory Control
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Advanced MS Excel & reporting tools
• Able to work under pressure, trustworthy, flexible schedule
