Responsibilities:

• Consolidate service specific data for analysis.
• Participate in SLA compliance review, compliance with service delivery plans, service continuity, and capacity management plan.
  
• Service level management and reporting.
  
• Information security compliance.
  
• Compliance with IT asset management policy.
  
• Participate in audits to ensure smooth functioning of the assigned IT service to facilitate organization and department level initiatives.
  
• Ensure that customers are provided with efficient IT Service Support within prescribed guidelines.

Requirements:

• BACHELORS - COMPUTER SCIENCE, IT, ENGINEERING or any related course
• 7+ YEARS Experience in IT NETWORKING and SYSTEMS
  
• With experience as people managers
  
• Preferably with extensive computer network experience / system / database admin
  
• Cisco Certified (CCNA, CCNP, EVEN IF EXPIRED)
  
• EXTENSIVE HANDS ON EXPERIENCE WITH CISCO DEVICES, ROUTERS, SWITCHES
  
• Proven track record in running routine system operational reports including evaluation and maintenance of various IT infrastructure
  
• Has experience in overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects. Must have extensive network experience as he/she will be tasked to identify and act on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
