Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- At least 2 years of BPO outbound sales experience
- Must have experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader
- Demonstrated talent for coaching, developing, and mentoring agents to unlock their full potential.
- Outstanding communication skills that inspire collaboration and create a dynamic, engaging team atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching & Development: Deliver personalized coaching sessions regularly to elevate agent skills, boost productivity, and sharpen sales techniques.
- Performance Management: Keep a close eye on daily KPIs, quality benchmarks, and sales figures, and proactively implement strategies to ensure your team consistently hits their targets.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and lead B2B sales representatives to excel and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Quality Evaluation: Dive into sales calls and interactions to provide insightful and actionable feedback that drives success.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operations and management to bring sales strategies to life and drive impactful training programs.
