Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm local time

Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the dedicated point of contact for assigned clients, fostering long-term partnerships grounded in trust and mutual collaboration.
  • Gain a deep understanding of each client's business objectives, challenges, and security needs, and align our solutions to deliver measurable value.

2. Sales and Business Development

  • Design and execute strategic account plans aimed at accelerating sales growth and meeting revenue goals.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base across our network and managed security service portfolio.
  • Source and qualify new prospects, engaging decision-makers to uncover security pain points and position relevant solutions.

3. Solution Consulting

  • Partner with internal technical teams to evaluate client requirements and develop tailored security solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that communicate the value and capabilities of our network and managed security offerings.

4. Contract Negotiation and Management

  • Drive contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements that align with company standards and client expectations.
  • Oversee contract performance, proactively addressing issues or disputes in coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.

5. Market Intelligence and Reporting

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies in the network and managed security space.
  • Deliver consistent reporting on sales activities, pipeline health, and client insights to senior management.

Non-negotiable Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an effective account manager handling the end-to-end process from client prospecting/sourcing, onboarding and post-onboarding support
  • Must be amenable to function as an individual contributor
  • Must be okay to work to be on a hybrid setup with shifts being predominantly done at home. Onsite work is as needed – mostly for client visit/meeting.
  • Must be willing to travel anywhere in the Philippines – predominantly in the Metro Manila area
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in sales or account management, ideally within the cybersecurity or IT services sector.
  • Solid grasp of network security concepts, technologies, and solution frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a talent for translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Performance-driven approach with a proven history of hitting sales targets and contributing to business growth.
  • Comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
