Required Educational Attainment:

Finished at least 2 years in college without any back subjects

Required Experience:

  • At least 2 years of tenure in the BPO industry
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Trainer, QA, or SME

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute annual business strategies for the CARE Team that align with the overarching goals of the unit.
  • Lead the design, development, and rollout of a robust CARE Team framework and associated processes and tools that proactively meet the language, cultural, industry, and transaction management needs of Operations.
  • Effectively convey the mission and activities of the CARE Team to both Clients and Operations/Support Groups.
  • Champion the ongoing enhancement of the CARE Team's Programs by leveraging both quantitative and qualitative analyses of set objectives, performance outcomes, and industry best practices.
  • Facilitate orientation sessions for newly-promoted team members.
