Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end SAP Finance implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned with client financial transformation goals.
  • Manage cross-functional teams across SAP Finance modules and technical streams.
  • Drive project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with CFOs, finance controllers, and IT teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery practices.
  • Oversee integration of Finance modules with S/4HANA and SAP BTP components.
  • Provide strategic input on leveraging RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP for cloud-based finance transformation.
  • Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal development.
  • Mentor junior consultants and project leads in Finance delivery excellence.

Required Skills:

  • 10 to 12 years of experience in SAP, with at least 5 years in project management roles.
  • Strong functional understanding of SAP FI/CO, Group Reporting, and Financial Planning.
  • Proven experience in managing full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and agile project delivery.
  • Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP Cloud ALM.
  • Knowledge of financial processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Consolidation.

Preferred Skills:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or ACTIVATE certification.
  • SAP certification in FI/CO or S/4HANA Finance.
  • Exposure to SAP Signavio, SAP Datasphere, or SAP LeanIX.
  • Experience in managing hybrid delivery models and global rollouts.
