Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
  • Development of ITSM & custom modules in ServiceNow Platform following best development practices
  • Lead a high-performance team of 15 to 20 developers, architects, and consultants
  • Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience with a minimum of 3 full-cycle implementation of ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change), Asset, CMDB, ITOM
  • Creating technical design document and writing Unit test cases
  • Knowledge in web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, etc.) will be essential.
  • ServiceNow implementation of HRSD/CSM module
  • ServiceNow upgrade hands-on
  • Very good knowledge of the ITSM process
  • Work with global ServiceNow team to implement the ServiceNow (all the modules) across all global locations of the client.
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills & Ability to work
  • Independently and with a team

Requirement:

  • The candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
  • 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with expertise in ITSM, CMDB, knowledge management, reporting/analytics, and custom app development using App Engine.
  • ServiceNow integration to various solutions (SaaS, external apps) using REST API / web service / JSON / ServiceNow scripting.
  • Strong track record of leading complex ServiceNow deployments with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork.

Must-Have Certifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Mandatory)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM or HRSD, Mandatory)
  • ITIL v3/v4 Foundation (Mandatory)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (Preferred)
