Candidate Profile

We are looking for a dynamic leader to drive results in our retail voice account.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a team lead in a BPO setting (retail experience is a significant advantage).
  • Education: Completion of at least 2 years in college (no remaining/failed subjects).

Core Responsibilities

As a team lead, you will be responsible for the growth and performance of your direct reports through:

  • Performance Oversight: Monitoring daily metrics and ensuring the team meets operational efficiency and quality standards.
  • People Development: Providing regular coaching, constructive feedback, and training to foster professional growth.
  • Strategic Delegation: Distributing tasks based on agent strengths and managing workloads to meet tight deadlines.
  • Effective Communication: Serving as the bridge between management and the frontline, ensuring policy updates and expectations are clearly understood.
  • Conflict Management: Maintaining a healthy workplace culture by proactively resolving internal team issues.
