Full Stack Developer (Project-based)

Contract: Project-based (3-5 months)

Work Setup: On-site (Sta. Rosa City, Laguna)

Schedule: Day Shift (Compressed Work Week)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• With at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in React, React Native, PHP (Laravel), and SQL Server.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs.
• Skilled in SSMS, database administration, and version control (Git).
• Experienced in mobile app deployment (iOS/Android).
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies; cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, Firebase) is a plus.
• Good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains responsive web applications using React and Laravel.
• Builds and deploys cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Designs, manages, and optimizes SQL Server databases, including complex queries and performance tuning.
• Collaborates with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver quality solutions.
• Troubleshoots, debugs, and upgrades applications and databases.
• Ensures code quality through best practices, reviews, and testing.
• Delivers milestones on time and within scope.

Work Schedule: Compressed Work Week

• Monday: 7:45 AM 6:15 PM

• Tuesday: 7:45 AM 5:00 PM

• Wednesday: 7:45 AM 5:00 PM

• Thursday: 7:45 AM 5:00 PM

• Friday: 7:45 AM 5:00 PM
