Type of Support: Voice

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite (EDSA, Quezon City)

Shift Schedule | Rest Days: 24x7

Educational Requirement:

  • Finished at least 2 years in college without back subject(s)

Work Experience:

  • Overall 2 years team lead experience, and 1 year collections supervisor background (Financial Banking/Telco/Healthcare, etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Supervision & Mentoring: Leading, motivating, and providing ongoing support and guidance to team members.
  • Performance Monitoring: Tracking individual and team metrics (KPIs), conducting regular performance reviews, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Training & Development: Providing ongoing coaching and training on collection techniques, internal systems, and customer service skills to enhance team capabilities.
  • Workforce Management: Coordinating work assignments, managing schedules and leave requests, and ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet operational demands.
  • Fostering a Positive Environment: Building a motivating and collaborative work culture that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.
