- Degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–7 years of BPO/outsourcing sales or business development experience.
- Strong grasp of BPO service models and industry trends.
- Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and high-level negotiations.
- Lead Acquisition: Prospect new business via networking, cold outreach, and digital channels across various verticals (CS, Tech Support, Back Office).
- Sales Execution: Create and deliver strategic sales plans, tailored proposals, and RFP responses to hit revenue goals.
- Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for new accounts, building long-term relationships through customized solutions.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitors and industry shifts to identify growth opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Ops, HR, and Finance for seamless client onboarding and maintain detailed pipeline reporting for leadership.
