    • Lead Acquisition: Prospect new business via networking, cold outreach, and digital channels across various verticals (CS, Tech Support, Back Office).
    • Sales Execution: Create and deliver strategic sales plans, tailored proposals, and RFP responses to hit revenue goals.
    • Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for new accounts, building long-term relationships through customized solutions.
    • Market Analysis: Monitor competitors and industry shifts to identify growth opportunities.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Ops, HR, and Finance for seamless client onboarding and maintain detailed pipeline reporting for leadership.
