SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Assistant Manager | Hybrid - Makati

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA EWM solutions in enterprise transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP EWM, experience in warehouse operations, and exposure to modern SAP technologies such as SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, and RISE with SAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the SAP EWM workstream in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, focusing on inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes, and inventory management.
• Configure SAP EWM components including warehouse structure, storage types, putaway and picking strategies, physical inventory, and RF framework.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Ensure integration with related modules such as MM, SD, PP, and TM.
• Participate in testing cycles (SIT, UAT), data migration, and cutover planning.
• Work with technical teams to support WRICEF developments and ensure solution quality.
• Contribute to the adoption of SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard approach.
• Provide post-go-live support and help resolve functional and integration issues.
• Stay updated on SAP EWM innovations including embedded EWM, decentralized EWM, and advanced warehouse automation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–10 years of SAP experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP EWM implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM configuration and warehouse process design.
• Good understanding of embedded and decentralized EWM deployment options in S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
• Exposure to SAP BTP, Fiori apps, and RISE with SAP is a plus.
• Cross-module integration experience with MM, SD, PP, and TM.

Certifications

• Required: SAP S/4HANA EWM Certification
• Preferred: SAP Activate Project Manager (Associate Level)

Educational Background

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field (B.Tech, MBA, etc.)
