Position Overview:

As a Business Development Manager at Elemento Convincente, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and growth of our ice cream parlors. Your responsibilities will include opening new stores, managing all operational activities from production to sales, and upholding the highest standards of quality and customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Store Openings: Lead the expansion efforts by opening new ice cream parlors.
• Production Management: Oversee gelato production, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery to our parlors.
• Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize wastage and maintain freshness.
• Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase footfall and revenue, collaborating with marketing teams for promotions and events.
• Staff Supervision: Lead and mentor a team of staff members, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service.
• Financial Management: Monitor expenses, budgets, and financial reports to optimize profitability.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and product quality.
• Customer Satisfaction: Focus on enhancing the overall customer experience to build loyalty and repeat business.

Qualifications:

• Food Chain Management Skills and Experiences
• Diploma in Business Management or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in operations management within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese.
• Age between 30 to 40 years.
• Located in Lisbon, Portugal.
