Key responsibilities

  • Meta Ads Growth Scale to $500k+/month at 15%+ margins; optimize targeting & ROAS.
  • Creative Strategy Systemize and oversee the process of creating 40+ creatives/week through UGC sourcing, briefs, and iteration.
  • Process Optimization Audit workflows, build SOPs, ensure scalable profitable output.
  • Cross-Channel Expansion Test TikTok, Google & other platforms for acquisition.
  • Leadership Align and mentor creatives, editors, and buyers; own channel profitability.

Requirements

Traits: Self-aware, disciplined, empathetic, conscientious, clear communicator.

Skills: Shopify, Meta/Google/TikTok Ads basics, Foreplay (creative testing), video editing (bonus).

Experience: Proven track record of hitting similar revenue/profit targets, with strong execution and ownership.
