Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day spa operations to ensure impeccable service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and train spa staff (therapists, receptionists, sales, and support teams) to maintain high performance standards.
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Efficiently manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
Ensure strict compliance with all relevant health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Address guest feedback promptly and professionally to maintain our reputation for excellence.
- Prepare staff schedules, manage payroll, and oversee budgeting to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with senior management on service enhancements, promotions, and business growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in spa or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development.
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and retail products.
- Proven business acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in **MS Office**; familiarity with spa management software is a plus.
- A degree or certification in hospitality, business, or wellness management is preferred.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
