  • Meet and greet guest upon arrival to the Spa
  • Ensure that guests are comfortably seated and offered a beverage.
  • Ensure that the liability forms are filled out properly and complete.
  • Liaise with therapist regarding services.
  • Ensure that therapists are made aware of appointments and waiting guests.
  • Answer telephone.
  • Provide clients with information about services and the availability of services at Renova spa.
  • Liaise with Spa attendant daily to ensure that cabinets and amenities are properly stocked and available.
  • Supervise spa attendant regarding the cleanliness of Spa.
  • Booking appointments, handling of retail sales and stocking supplies appropriately.
  • Ensuring that the reception area is always clean and prepared to address clients.
  • Responds to customers requests and needs with a service attitude.
  • Participate and attend all staff meetings as required.
  • Any other assigned duties as directed by the Spa Manager or Supervisor.
