About the role and centre:

Opening: Early 2026

A fresh, purpose-built early learning centre run by Early Learning Victoria — part of a state-wide initiative to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care. 

The centre will provide long day care, integrated kindergarten and sessional kindergarten programs for children aged 0–6 years, with up to 90 licensed places across four thoughtfully designed rooms for specific age groups. 

Child-centred, play-based philosophy: Daily learning and curriculum are rooted in children's interests, developmental cues, and the voice of the child — aligned with best-practice early learning principles.

Supportive and inclusive environment: You'll help create a space where every child feels safe, valued, and empowered to explore, connect, and grow. 

Community connected: Facilities include rooms for child and family services, community meetings and playgroups, strengthening local partnerships and family support networks.

What were looking for:

• A qualified Early Childhood Educator with relevant ECE experience.
• A genuine commitment to high-quality, play-based learning and fostering child development.
• A strong team player who values building positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the wider community.
• Willingness to relocate to regional Victoria — we provide full relocation support.
• NZ citizen or eligibility to work in Australia.
